This could be solved pretty easily, does anyone have screenshots or videos of day 1 of the apartment going online? If so, you should be able to tell rather easily if the apartment had been lived in for a while or if they had just gotten there. Typically when RLC puts an apartment online you usually see the tenants unpacking their stuff, sometimes even before the tenants arrive
