A bit of history. The B-6 apartment consisted of the on-cam space, and an additional off-cam space that was used as a business. This apartment is accessed from the street by going up two flights of stairs. The stairs have many steps. I am guessing the business had its own separate set of stairs. The business that was in the off-cam space was a dealer in semi-precious stones, crystals, and certain minerals used in jewelry or decor. Unlikely that the business dealt in gold, diamonds, or truly precious stones. Around 2018-19, this business apparently closed. The closure probably coincided with the installation of a new bathroom and sauna in the apartment. After first seeing B-6 when it opened with Bruno and Gina, I said only a mad Russian would install such a bathroom in this particular apartment. After B-6 opened, I have no idea what this off-cam space was used for, and by whom, ------- I should add that the other apartments in this building have their own separate entrance.
