Spanish law, as I understand it, allows a landlord to charge one month's rent as a deposit before renting an apartment.

These positions are filled by people who have completed obligatory secondary education, to age 16, but have not proceeded to attend a baccalaureate high school for two years, or a vocational school to learn a trade. Alberto's conversation with his mother on first moving into the apartment suggests he attended school only through the compulsory age of 16. And contrary to his promise to his mother, he never attended a vocational school in all the time he has been on RLC. And which is why he is a landscaper or landscaper's assistant. Banks will loan Spanish residents 80-90 percent of the cost of buying a apartment. However, the percentage financed will be lower if the bank perceives that the risk of a default is higher. (For example, non Spaniards may be required to pay 50 percent of the cost of buying an apartment.) A bank would very likely consider Alberto to be someone who is a high risk applicant. He apparently attended school only through the compulsory age of 16. According to CC posters, he was 26 when he moved into the apartment. In the subsequent seven years, he did not have a job until recently, and he did not advance his education and learn a trade. His current job as a landscaper is likely seasonal. The bank sees Alberto as a 33 year old man with no meaningful employment history (RLC participation doesn't count) and with no occupational skills. IMO, Alberto is an ignorant man, who has squandered the opportunity to advance himself during the time he was on RLC. And he should not be angry at Martina, or the bank, but only at himself. The only skill he now demonstrates is an ability to fuck young pussy on a streaming cam. I sense that Martina has saved enough to lease an apartment while she completes her schooling. And Alberto apparently has saved enough to lease an apartment for himself and Juliet. Juliet has no job apparently.     I do not believe RLC has had a couples apartment, outside of those that originated in Russia, where the male participant was considered to be the lead participant. (An exception is Bogdan in Barcelona, but he has other RLC duties.) There is little subscriber interest in the ongoing troubles of a participant who is dull, has a few dull friends, and does not mingle with the Russian-speaking / English speaking participants in the villas. He was seen as the guy who brought Martina to the party. Now if Alberto were to start fucking both sisters, or to stage foursomes with both sisters, that would change the calculus. Kink sells.

    I think the extra money is based on the cam score for the room. If you recall Tani's participation.     I am beginning to think there are posters on CC who suffer from Jungian projection, a psychological disorder. In Jungian projection, a person unwittingly projects their own attributes or traits onto another person. These attributes / traits are typically not favorable or positive ones. (A very famous American politician is said to frequently demonstrate Jungian projection.) An example of Jungian projection. A man who frequently cheats on his wife accusing another man of also cheating on his wife. The accusing man has no knowledge or proof that the second man is actually cheating on his wife, but is simply projecting his own behavior onto this other man. These attributes or traits that are being projected are ones that you dislike about yourself. For example, someone who struggles with alcohol abuse criticizing the drunken behavior of others. Jungian projections are not a one-time sort of thing. The projections occur repeatedly.

    Went back and looked at replay of LiaLia's leaving. Relatively sober when she packed the last of her clothes in B-4. She either had lingerie in Sara's wardrobe drawer or borrowed it. After 15-20 minutes of helping her, he goes to bed. Next morning, after 06:00, LiaLia is ready to leave again. She has trouble closing her suitcase, and the driver enters the LR and after a few minutes, manages to get the suitcase closed. The suitcase is heavy and he struggles with it. He is not as strong as Wolfie, through he is bigger. LiaLia follows him along the terrace deck. Wolfie is asleep. The driver who dropped her off the previous morning, and who picked her up the following morning appears to be the same guy. Big guy. I do not know how he made it down to the LR of B-7 from the street. He may be the same big guy who brought LiaLia back to B-4 when she suddenly re-appeared after leaving the project. That was the night LiaLia returned with a skinny guy and a girl, and there was sex in the LR. The big guy left before the sex. IMO, the big guy probably works within in a small-scale business ecosystem in Barcelona, of which RLC is a part. Someone like Fior and Svetlana. He may be the preferred driver for the girls when they are partying in Barcelona. I very much doubt he is Spanish. (And he had Wolfie's phone number.)

The front door was left open. From watching replay, it seemed as if she was meeting someone by the gate to the street. (A few days after her arrival, she did move a large suitcase and several smaller, well-wrapped bags with clothes from B-4 (where they were stored) to another location in Barcelona.) And I am certain that if she had been leaving for good, Sara and Wolfie would have been at the door saying good-bye.
