    Yeah, Elian & Tesla looked promising when they joined, now they are MIA most of the times. and Elian has mentally checked out of RLC project.

    Most people work between 35-50+ hours per week, if you include the daily commute that many have to take it's even more. an average person sleeps about 7 hours a day (49 hrs per week ) so every week you get about 115 hours of awake time. so as you can see most people spend the majority of their awake time at work.

    is there no fixed salary ?!? my understanding is that bonuses are just cherry on the top but regardless of that they receive a monthly salary 🤷‍♂️

    Of course they are not prisoners, and they have every right to go out and have fun. it just gets a bit annoying when they do it 5-6 days/nights a week and when they are present, they just look at their phones' screens the whole time until they go out again. Although, the girls on vacation is the concept here, but in reality they are not on Holiday, they are actually on a job which pays them a decent salary plus bonuses , and all they need to do is to be in front of cams. I am sure if any of us do not show up to work 5/6 days each week, we won't last that long 😃
