The question is, why does RLC have problems, finding new tenants in Barcelona? Barcelona is full of attractive young girls, that may match well there. Svetlana seems like to love hanging out with younger girls in her spare time. Maybe she could bring in some new blood? Why many ex-tenants are still around in Barcelona, but do not join again? Would RLC be successful targeting a new group of tenants beside Russians, Ukrainians and Spainards...like international students coming to Barcelona looking for accommodation?

My question is: Will this apartment be reopened again, or not? The number of incidents there would point to a no. RLC does not like apartments which became crime scenes or struck the eyes of the police.

I hope it is more a back for good, and not an act of desperation.

I like how RLC has designed their last newsletter announcing Barbie & Ken. They give a short intro on the new tenants including age, hobbies, job and a picture. VHTV did this before. Continue like that, RLC! Thanks.

Do you want more English speaking occupants? YES!!!! Do you want an option to somehow have basic interaction with occupants? For example a wishlist you want person x or y to do for cam. Yes, it's an interesting idea... Do you want even more cameras? A bit more...yes! Do you want more apartments? Definately YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you want faster change of occupants Yes, only, if they are voted out. Do you prefer singles over couples? Yes, a good mix will do best.

I actually like Aziza. She developed well. Hopefully, she'll be back for good.
