    This sounds so much like Masha. It is a fact, that subscribers have contacted tenants successfully in Barcelona a couple of years ago. There might be some fans around who know where some apartments are. Therefore, when tenants going out, they dress like they are difficult to identify and have the Fior Delivery Service who brings food & stuff to the apartments. Maybe RLC or Bogdan told the tenants not to contact. Maybe the tenants are careful themselves because they want to keep some privacy.
