Just a shot in the dark, but if you're using a VPN, sometimes they won't
let you through because RLC picks up on the fact that you're using one
and blocks it. Try a different country or a different part of the UK or a
different VPN. Hope that's helpful. Good luck.

Some Countries will work on VPN but many of them are now Blocked (Blacklisted) by RLC.
