That's Yoga. It can be done for breath control, meditation, stretching,
relaxation, etc., but there are no aerobics involved in Yoga, so there
is typically no loss of weight.

If you watch them close enough they always watch a Video Tape for Instructions.  They should have it all memorized without needing Instructions.
