RLC can obtain Watermarks from their Pictures or Videos post on Third Party Hosts. If Posters don't have an Account with RLC the most they can do is Block your IP Address. That is simple to change for most users. If Posters have an Account with RLC then RLC can Terminate the Account for Violation of their Terms of Service Agreement. Masking the IP Address is also becoming a chore lately as RLC has a lot of the VPN Servers Blocked. Changing your IP Address when it does become blocked is easy to change for most users if need be.
