I use Chrome Restart your router. Clean your Browser cache. Use Chrome's incognito mode or Firefox's Private mode. Then try again. If your IP is blocked by RLC, you won't get far when you try to log-on to RLC. If the problem continues, keep in mind that freezing happens -- primarily to non-subscribers --- when their servers get really busy (usually at the worst time for freezing). RLC doesn't always throttle non-paid members unless they have to or if the member has been on too long. Also, RLC comes out of several regional servers. For example, a server for France can be down or swamped, but other areas like North America or Italy can be up, and vice versa. Good luck in your endeavors. 3
