Only after about 8 hours connection is closed by the server... but the matter is the change of the secure key. Since few weeks ago I've had Windows 7 with rtmpdumphelper to record ...and the connection was really not stable. Moreover I had to keep browser opened on the page stream I'm recording. But, belive me, with linux it's really another story! I changed the O.S. to set a stable and feasible system to record RLC. Just finished to have sex in bathroom! Here's the video, recorded with rtmpdump under linux mint ! No lost of connections... no code to hide! Simply perfect! Considering it takes them all of 3 minutes to have sex, you should NEVER have lost connections on capturing them.

But, regarding your suggestion that one should switch to Linux in order to record the videos...in my case, at least, I don't subscribe anymore so I don't have a reason to switch. Even if I were a subscriber, though, I wouldn't switch to be able to record videos of RLC. I have too much other stuff going on with my computer that requires my Windows OS. Now, if I were a subscriber, I might consider building another system, put Linux on it and have it dedicated to RLC video captures...but I'm not, so I won't. (building computers is easy and I have enough stuff lying around that I could use to build at least two complete systems)
