I struggle with that all the time. This video was smaller than the 200mb limit that Mediafire has so it didn't need any processing. When they are over 200mb, I use a program...Any Video Converter...to convert the wmv to avi. I set the resolution to 1280x720. That makes the file smaller...keeps the widescreen aspect...and doesn't reduce quality too very much. I hope that helps.
