When I just tried their first recommendation again, it worked. I didn't need to do any restarting, rebooting, etc. I think they may have found something wrong with the renewal page, fixed it and then said there was nothing wrong with it. Just speculation, but I tried it five times last night over the course of about 10-12 hours without success. Anyway, I'm a member again, so that's the good news. Thanks for your help. Glad to hear you got your Account working again. There's always a Possibility something was happening at their end and they never realized it until someone made communication with them. Most times the only communication after an Account can't be renewed right away is always through Admin or myself to help get the person through it.
