Well just my two cents here. I don't think that it makes much sense doing this contest without enablong the third party upload of photos so our friends from the RLC forum can post pics there too. And I think it's a good idea to only allow pictures from Voyeur sites. Posting just plain porn pics there is not what it should be all about. By the way @StnCld316 it seema there is a RLC pic there again.

The only function that works for uploading in that part is Directly to Cam Caps that I can see.  I'll look into it a little further and see if thee are other options available.
