For RLC it's easy to identify the account who recorded the video and to cancel the subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, it will not change when you change your IP, because your account (login) is not valid anymore. If you have no subscription and post a video, RLC might bann you and you won't be able to watch the free cams. I this case you can come around with changing the IP, to get again access to the free cams. But as Leora's apartment has solely premium cams, you won't be able to record something without RLC subscription. 2
