Trust me. Make good arguments or I'm going to stop debating it with you. Oh, and SDNY......watch out after Trump is voted out in November because his ass is in a huge sling. Trump didn't allow one piece of paper to be seen by the House? He gave them a transcript of his phone call with the Ukrainian president. As for witnesses, he rightly claimed Executive Privilege. All the Democrats had to do was take their case to court to force the members of Trump's White House staff to testify.

You are going to stop debating with me because you don't know how to debate, little boy. I think Lev Parnas has more to fear from SDNY than Trump does. Get educated. Executive Privilege and Impeachment | ACS WWW.ACSLAW.ORG There is a strong case that executive privilege should not limit disclosures to relevant House Committees in the impeachment context. Calle
To a European, this thread shows how hopeless the political situation in the U.S. is right now. The clown will definitely continue as president, because the American system does not have neutral trials on this level. Why are the discussions in senate called TRIAL?! Crazy. The same with the high court - to me it is no court at all if either one of the two parties has a majority there. A COURT with republican majority. Crazy.

" The clown will definitely continue as president, because the American system does not have a neutral trials on this level." The fact that you called the president a clown tells me that you would be incapable of rendering a neutral decision. Thank God we do not have a European style government in the U.S. But you would be fine with a court of Democrat majority, right? The U.S. Supreme Court (other than the Chief Justice presiding) has no role in the impeachment process. Trump was impeached by Democrats alone in the House, and he will most likely be found not guilty by Republicans in the Senate. The real verdict will be rendered by the American people in Nov., 2020, and that is how it should be.
