She also has made sure the curtains are open. But I am not sure how bright a light the infra red lighting creates for one looking in .

This is certainly news to me, that it's possible to see her clearly from the balcony into the guest room

I did not say anything about "Clearly" but the next time Leora is in the guest room at night...try going to the balcony camera and find out for yourself.
