I totally agree with you.
As it stands, we don't know if the video is old or new, or if we already have it, and we waste time downloading something we already have.

Yes! It might be nice to know what the upload is, but is it any real hardship when you received it for free?...." Never look a gift horse in the mouth" ( Look the expression up if you are not familiar with it )

A simple " Thank's Pulo " might have been nice, followed by a PM to him asking if in future he could describe what the contents are.

But, there's no description needed, really. If you click in the Files box,
then click on the little picture to the right of the name, you can play
the entire video before you download it. See below.
