It's been layered, so it has no bounce to it. She tried the straighteners but failed to get it right.

Leora says she cut too much layers away  and not happy with  the dye/highlights ,   Also doesn't like her dyed/laminated eyebrows. 

phone call was to the hairdresser.  They will try to sort it out for her,  leora is stressing as a new version of lockdown will start again on monday.
