Actually, the opposite is the case. Especially new relationships (e.g. in vacation romances) are usually emotionally very intense at the beginning. Also, or even especially one night stands can be very intense. The problem with GOV apartments is that many of the girls are not really ready to share their private life with the camera. They only date outside, and have sex off camera. It is a flaw in the concept. I have been thinking for a long time that a possible improvement would be to use Roommate apartments in Barcelona. Something like Kristy and the angels.
