The Democrats should just go ahead and write their committee report and not waste our time with a sham investigation.  Witnesses should refuse to appear before the committee because the investigation is a partisan witch hunt.

But most will show up because the truth is more important to them than politics.  The GQPers who refuse to show up will be subpoenaed.  They don't have Barr to protect them if they ignore it.

All members of House & Senate have low approval ratings.  What counts is who gets elected.

It's not truly bi-partisan if Nancy Pelosi decides who the Republicans are on the committee. Her action just proves that the committee is a sham and a witch hunt, and another Stalinist style show trial to to smear Trump and his supporters just like the impeachment hearings were.

GQP voted down a 7-7 bi-partisan committee with equal subpoena power.  They have nobody to blame but themselves.
