The Timberview High School student accused of opening fire inside the school on...

why was he released & the Capitol trespassers still in jail

I guess the kid didn't fit the profile of a Trump supporting MAGA White supremacist, so shooting other students is considered no big deal. Wonder if they took the gun away from him which he was illegally in possession of? Gun laws did a great job of preventing this shooting, right?:dodgy:

Since the phone call was recorded why do we need to rely on the notes of a deputy AG? Why not just listen to the tape of the phone call?

Unfortunately, I cannot find anywhere that the call was recorded---the information is solely gathered from Rosen's notes.

Rosen's notes or the notes of an unnamed deputy AG who says he was listening to the conversation between Rosen and President Trump?

Notes from a December phone call appear to show that former President Trump tried to pressure the Justice Department to say there was fraud tainting the 2020 election.

Here is a clarification of my statement--not Rosen notes, but notes from this person:

Handwritten notes from former Acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue,

The notes are from a December 27, 2020, phone call between Trump and then-Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen.

So what has Rosen said about the conversation between him Trump? Has he confirmed or denied the accuracy of the deputy AG's notes?

Neither Rosen nor Donoghue have confirmed the notes as of yet--the investigations and interviews have not yet been made public.
