He legally claimed the right of Executive Privilege as his reason for not complying with the January 6 Committee subpoena. The DOJ had no legal justification to indict nor arrest Navarro until a judge had ruled whether or not Navarro's claim of Executive Privilege was valid. But I guess that is too much for your liberal progressive mind to comprehend. 1
