Ihr Epos zeigt deutlich das Sie von mir nichts wissen, wirklich gar nichts. Mir Einseitigkeit vorzuwerfen ist völlig falsch. Da gibt es hier andere Kandidaten. Ich beziehe meine Kenntnisse nur zu einem geringen Teil aus dem Internet, auch da gibt es hier andere Kandidaten. Ich respektiere durchaus unterschiedliche Meinungen, doch ich mag keine Falschmeldungen. Nur kurz zur Sache Autos. Das ist eine meiner Kernkompetenzen. Ich fahre gerade mein 19 tes Auto, NSU, BMW, AUDI, FIAT, LANCIA und nun CITROEN. Nicht nur deutsche Autos sondern auch italienische und französische Fabrikate. Wir wohnten Jahrzehnte lang ganz in der Nähe der AUDI-Fabrik. Meine Frau war dort lange in der internationalen Zulassungsabteilung für Nordamerika beschäftigt. So hatte sie auch Zugriff zu US-Fahrzeugen, die wir unter anderem oft am Wochenende benutzen durften. Ich weiß nicht ob Sie schon einmal einen Automotor zerlegt haben um Kolben und Ventile zu tauschen ? Ich habe das in einer befreundeten Werkstatt öfters gemacht. Sie können mir detailliertes Wissen über Autos zutrauen. Es ist nun mal so, das US-Fahrzeuge meist viel Hubraum haben und damit hohen Kraftstoffverbrauch. Das spielte im Land früher keine große Rolle da Kraftstoff traditionell sehr billig war, im Gegensatz zu Europa. In Europa war das Bemühen groß sparsame Autos trotz hoher Leistung zu bauen.
