A missed opportunity. If RLC had kicked Serafima out, Svetlana could have given both rooms the ground cleaning. 

In general, it will be interesting to see how long it takes RLC to find replacements. From my point of view, they should take the time needed. It is important to focus on quality and not just fill the space with do nothings like Serfina.
