A Buffalo defensive player tackled a Cincinnati ball carrier. After the tackle both players got up to their feet, and then the Buffalo player took a couple steps and fell over backwards and lay motionless on the field. The medical team gave him CPR for at least 10 minutes. He was then loaded into an ambulance and taken to the hospital. The game has been suspended. Last report from the hospital is that the player is in critical condition.
