Es ist doch wohl selbstverständlich das jeder Mensch der in das Wähler-Verzeichnis eingetragen wird seinen US-Pass mit Eintragung der US-Staatsbürgerschaft vorlegen muss - und bei der Wahl auch. Bei Wahl durch Automat muß der Pass dann eben gescannt werden um Identität des Wählers festzustellen und Mehrfach-Wahl zu verhindern.
