A woman has the right to chose what happens to her body. What happens when the fetus has some wild disease that will require total care for the rest of its natural life, once born? The baby has no life, it only exists outside the womb and becomes a financial burden and dependent on machines to maintain its existence. Then it becomes an experiment to the doctors under the guise of medicine. If I were to be pursuing a public office in which the populace voted that particular leader in, when it came to being questioned on my stance on abortion, I would simply say, "That has nothing to do with how I govern my elected office". Der Staat hat in Schlafzimmern nichts zu suchen, richtig. "Der Bauch gehört mir", ist auch nicht beste Lösung, da Frauen / Kinder welche schwanger sind doch total unterschiedlich sind. Mal reif im Bewußtsein oder auch spontan unüberlegt. Totales Verbot von "Abort" / Abtreibung kommt aus dem Mittelalter, von der katholischen Kirche, welche um jedes Kirchenmitglied bis zur Perversität gekämpft hat und kranken Müttern noch ihr Kind entrissen haben um es noch "christlich" taufen zu können - dann waren beide tot, Mutter und Kind. Das hatte mit "Christlichkeit" nichts zu tun. Da besteht Theorie das Leben bereits bei der Verschmelzung von Ei und Samen entstanden ist - auch wenn dieses "Neue Leben" weit davon entfernt ist selbständig leben zu können. Abort darf zum anderen kein Ersatz für mangelnde Verhütung sein. Bei Vergewaltigung oder schweren Erbkrankheiten, welche heute frühzeitig festgestellt werden können kann ein Abort hilfreich sein. Man sollte eine werdende Mutter mit einem so großen Problem aber auch nicht alleine lassen. Nach langer kontroverser Diskussion hat das Parlament eine Lösung gefunden, welche inzwischen als Kompromiß recht gut funktioniert. Eine Schwangere mit Problemen. nach Vergewaltigung, mit 13, mit Verdacht auf Krankheit des Kindes, wirtschaftlichen Ruin - kann sich in den ersten 3 Schwangerschaftsmonaten von 2 unabhängigen Stellen beraten lassen, über Folgen eines Eingriffs, Möglichkeiten der Hilfe - und kann nach den Informationen dann frei entscheiden für das austragen des Kindes oder für den Abort. Dadurch werden überstürzte Spontan-Entscheidungen vermieden und eine Schwangere bekommt Zeit alles für und gegen abzuwägen. Das ist menschlich helfend und "Christlich". Kirchen sollten sich mehr Gedanken um "lebendes Leben" machen als um "ungeborenes Leben"..
