Vor dem Gesetz haben alle gleich zu sein und müssen gleich behandelt werden. Der Unterschied ist, das Biden-Familie einsichtig ist und Fehlverhalten anerkennt und Trump ein Typ Holzfäller ist, der wild um sich schlägt und alle Menschen provoziert und beleidigt, besonders auch Leute der Justiz, und das kommt nicht gut an. Gesetzestexte sind immer interpretierbar, das ist immer so. Letztlich entscheiden "alle Umstände des Einzelfalls". Ein Mensch der Reue zeigt wird milder beurteilt als einer der Besserwisser ist und nie kooperiert.
