Aziza was more drunk than Nelly.  Nelly looked to be tempted, but ultimately thought better of it.  Nelly did not remove her panties, which was a sign she wasn't going to go very far sexually.

Perhaps if Bogdan was present, all three might have found themselves in Aziza's bed.  Like the time N&B walked over from B-7 to Aziza's room, and climbed into her bed.  Aziza and Nelly wearing only panties.  And NOTHING happened.
