If she is looking for another cheap ticket, it is likely her trip is to an uncommon destination from Barcelona, or Madrid. If she is still under contract and being paid by RLC, there may be another party. The Schools in the UK, Germany, France and Spain plus no doubt the rest of Europe have broken up for Summer Holidays, lots of people will be traveling across Europe at present so the Airlines will be very busy with few cheap tickets available regardless of destination. No reason given for delay, although if a passenger is boarded, and then de-boarded, and their baggage is removed from the baggage hold, that could cause a delay. As she was back in the villa at 09:53, she was already in an uber or a taxi before the scheduled departure time. If Wizz Air was indeed her flight, IMO, she was unable to board because of a passport/visa issue. ------------------ If she was headed to Kaliningrad, Vilnius would be a good destination.
