I went back to look at when Radi and Cecilia first hooked up.  Here is proof that initially, Radi was paying her.

1st pic is Radi getting cash from her purse.

2nd pic, you can see the cash laying on the bed next to Radi's leg

3rd pic, Cecilia snatching (no pun intended) that money off the bed.
