Remember the description of Karma when she joined the project. "She delves deep into the world of 3D graphics and is undertaking an intensive course in Cinematics creation."

So far this has proved very true of her. She works hours on her projects. And clearly attends classes sporadically when she takes her laptop out in her backpack.
