Enter: reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve If everything goes right, it should say "The operation completed successfully." Close Command Prompt and restart to make the override key take effect. Quote

If everything goes right the owner of this website might eventually get a software designer and developer who actually knows what the hell their doing considering how often this website has gotten slowed down and even become unaccessible as many times as it has over the years since it first started.
