Although my own experience does not bear that out, I deferred to those with the longer viewing time and history. We think she is "shy" because she does try to stay covered and refuses to remove clothes when she has had sex with either of them. The times people have seen her breasts is because Caroline has lifted her shirt to play with her piercings, eventually she covers herself back up. Yes, she has taken a shower, but I honestly don't think she realizes there is a camera in the bathroom. She has never looked at it, like she has looked at all other cameras in the apartment. With this knowledge she'd have to be unbelievably dense if to not know what those things in the bathroom are, that look just like the others. Well, I know Masha #7 is built into the wall, could be the same for CP #4. If they have a shelf or anything below it, it might not be immediately noticed.
