Pardon me to being dumb, new to this... sort of, I downloaded the 'Unlocker' and extracted the file with 7zip - Have 4 files, 1 - bbc.exe which I assume starts up the 'Unlocker' ... a quick flash on screen and nothing seems to have installed.
