This made me suspect that the photos are probably not of a building in Russia, IMO, the apartment in the biographical photograph is nicer than Nina and Kira's apartment in Saint Petersburg, which I thought was the nicest of the Russian apartments. What he's saying is, that you can't measure RLC subscriptions by the number of comments posted in the forums, that a single subscriber to RLC can post hundreds or thousands of comments here (pulo felipe), but it's still just one subscription to RLC.
