IIRC, there was discussion at the time about the warrant.  IIRC, there was a woman who accompanied the police and it was suggested that she was a representative of the equivalent of a magistrate's office.  The magistrate's office was conducting a criminal investigation, and issued the warrant.  The police could not enter the premises without a warrant.  (They could under certain circumstances that were not present at the time, for example, hot pursuit of a criminal)

Again IIRC, the rumor on CC was that the tenants or their friends had engaged in petty thefts in the B-6 neighborhood and may have brought the stolen articles to B-6.  I am too lazy to go back through the CC archives for the relevant threads.

The most recent images, from mid-2023, indicate B-6 was probably not occupied.  Images from 2024 show the building's ground floor, but not the apartment floor.

B-6 had its value.  The apartment seemed to be linked to a famous bar in Barcelona frequented by Picasso and Hemingway.  A dangerous bar for some, where one might lose one's inhibitions.

The apartment is likely linked to a Voodoo cult from the past, associated with a negative omen.

Sorry to disappoint.  No voodoo cult.  I will tell you what the clue was..  When B-6 was for sale, the phone number on the for sale sign draped from the balcony railing  was not the number for a real estate company, but for this bar. 

When B-6 first opened, I said the apartment was renovated for use as either a brothel, or as a pied-a-terre for a Russian.  I also said that only a mad Russian would have spent the money they did on that bathroom and sauna.

The listing for the apartment gave dimensions that were significantly larger than what was on cam.  The part that was never on cam would have been on the other side of the bathroom and kitchen walls, and part of the living room wall.
