Assuming that the answer is yes to both questions about Leora and Harley Thinboy being in contact, that could add a new dimension to how XLife operates.  Can you imagine if someone like Martina had an apartment on XLife, and she was able to be in continuing contact with generous subscribers?  She could buy a new house for Alberto and a new apartment for herself!

Back when the concept was revealed, there was talk of subscribers to X being able to buy the equivalent of tokens which they then could donate.  Never materialized because those participants on X who are in the Spotlight do very little.

e donation were never attached to a demand to the tenants, the rules say otherwise. Even the message that you can send can't have a demand or can't be a reward for something that happened. RLC even makes it clear that they delay sending the message and the donation of any value.
