I want to point out -- contemporaneously. I have had my sub since 2016 and it all went to hell a few minutes ago and even prevented me from using my Reals which I have accumulated.

I don't know if this is the same thing but tonight, RLC suddenly refreshed itself for me and my sub went from Premium to Standard, but it has returned to Premium now having signed out and back.

Have you tried to sign out and sign back in?
