I would assume that during the recruitment process, some kind of interview takes place, and surely one question is "Are you ok with showing nudity?". If she said yes, then she lied, if she said no, then they gave her the job anyway.

I have a feeling Pam told her you dont have to show anything if you don't want to. Since Pam is showing everything I dont have a problem with her being there as Pam's friend, she is nice to look at and she has a great body. But yes it would look even better if she was naked.
