As always happens in those kinds of apartments, they will only leave the project officially when a new couple arrives.

V&L apartment now dropped to the bottom of the list on the left of the RLC screen ...usually the bottom in each category is for the most recent in joining 'usually' ...so there must be some movement, and a new couple will be listed very soon ...presumably.
