The way that moves after :40 makes me wonder if that was not a searchlight/laser of some sort, or maybe a drone ?

When I zoomed in, it seemed to be an erratic path. That could be an illusion though, but if there are clouds with varying altitudes, light can look to be bouncing around. Especially a laser.
