It is a load balancing issue.

B4 alone has be slow loading and drops off periodically, for about a week now. I think some others have experienced this. I’m in Canada. If it was all apartments it might be ISP throttling, slowing data, but it’s specific with B4 for me.

The lag and the buffering seemed to be mostly confined to B-4 for me as well.
