Ok but tenants often leave toward the end of a month. I think a lot more of this has to do with girls who are leaving getting one last paycheck (not that there's anything wrong with that) before the leave. That explains the five-some bate (Lina, Eris and Pam all left soon after), Brooke, and Sharon. I would view these more as farewell shows as opposed to the end of the month. Girls who aren't leaving sometimes participate, but it seams like those leaving spur most of the events just before they go. 1

The theory behind the "end of the month" nonsense is that they get paid towards the end of the month, run out of money by the third week, and so they spend the first 3 weeks doing nothing and the last week doing as much as possible to earn money for pay day.
