Also don't think Mini has much choice, she is in a country where she does not know anyone, she needs money even to leave Tim and go back or for something else and if previous discussions are to be taken into consideration then Mini has no money even to book a flight. Tim knows the deal that sooner or later Mini will come back to him so he only focused on eating past couple of days and then Mini indeed came back for a fuck. Money won! 1

Not proclaiming this must be the case 100%, like some do on here with their assumptions, but I certainly don't rule out that he might control her money and/or her passport... If that's the case, she should talk to someone from RLC about this, though Tim might have manipulated her into (wrongfully) thinking this would be useless and RLC would side with him as he's an "established" tenant & she is just new, or something along those lines. She has enough confidence to have arguments with him, but apparently not enough (for now) to really stand up to him & leave him.
