You get $5000 for each little rat born. Pretty good incentive if you ask me. Then they need to legalize abortion then when they get preggers, they have an option to end it. As long as the churches that don't pay taxes have a say in the matter such things will never change. What one does with their own body is their choice of what they want to do with it and should not be decided of any governments, churches or courts to intervene on such matters. As long as the recipient pays their own bill for the procedure should not matter to anyone. 1
