Of course , this rule was applied when the “ RLC duties “ couple was living there , according to how things currently look like , I would expect a male tenant . Except of course if we get a couple once again ( which is a dead concept for the villas ) .

Yes two guys will be a total failure of B7, i hope we get a new lovely couple something similar to Luna and Zac (i know Zac was a dick at times but Luna was so beautiful and her British accent was also lovely). I don't have any old couple in my mind that would fit in master bedroom. I hope we don't get Maron with a new girl as couple just like Mini and Tim.

How dare he!? At only 31 C° no less! [for those hard of understanding: I was being ironic] Would you say this if a girl you like did the same thing? As far as I know, there is no rule at RLC saying that people can't use a recently cleaned bath, and it wouldn't get "dirty" from using it once anyway, unless you are germophobic, which a lot of complaining posters on here seem to be.
