maybe rlc is having a hard time finding a name for him that starts with a "B".  here are a few suggestions for them;

brad, bob, butthead, beavis, beaver, brandon, bronco, bradley, etc. etc.

So he might not be a resident? I bet Svet just has a routine process that is independent of who might be moving en.

Note the hour, 08:45, he presumably was leaving for work.  No breakfast to speak of.

Watching him pack his gym nag, with mostly extra sets of clothes, AND a villa bath towel., I would say he is:

1.) a masseur, or

2.) a fitness trainer for women, or

3.) an attendant at a gay spa  (not wearing underwear,)

Meticulously neat.  The closets appear to have about two weeks worth of clothes.  I will wager he has an automobile, and came to B-7 from Barcelona.  Perhaps he is a guest until the end of August, when new tenants will arrive.

Finally saw the new guy when he was talking to Brianna...definitely one of the hotter guys they're recruited recently, my gay ass is happy about that.

 

What my gay ass isn't happy about was him yapping way with Brianna, hope she hasn't filled his head about how you can coast on by without doing anything.

It doesn't look like this is going to be a resident and that's probably a good thing, and if you think things can't get any worse for the villa... it can, if this becomes a resident get ready for a lot of male visitors.
