Given a choice between saggy tits and implants 🤔 I wouldn't hesitate in my decision I'll take the implants cause those tits would look better with clothes on. Saggy tits with stretch marks aren't sexy looking

I don't mind big fake tits as long as they look and feel almost natural. Some fake tits are so bad that they don't even resemble breasts or look like tranny boobs.
